Cphatow workflow is comprised of 5 main modules;
Farmer profiling:
This module consists of;
- Farmer registration: this is where registration of famer bio data, household composition, and any other farmer welfare data is collected, analysed, and stored/accessed.
- Field registration/plotting: this section is mainly used for any field related data. It also involves field boundary plotting. This feature maps out the shape of the field and can auto calculate the acreage.
- GPS: A feature that allows you to collection farmer locations that later are reflected in the Farmer map.
Organisation/Operation area delimination:
This is one of the mandantory module in a sense that its where local and organisation/structure lists are generated from. This module maps out how a client’s operations are or could be inter-linked, physical locations, and key player in your supply chain.
Farmer auditing/Internal inspections:
This is where all certification activities are handled. The modules provide certification-related or driven questions and setups that help to identify noncompliances in your farmers and later provide a follow-up or resolution plan.
Farmer training:
This has both individual and group trainings with different training topics/types depending on the certification requirements or client intended improvements amongest her farmers depending on farmer audits.
Farmer traceability/Inventory:
This is the most dynamic module in terms of lay out. Cphatow provides a wide knowlege in this module to come up with a homogeneous flow to allow traceability of your agro-product in its different forms.
It involves setting up configuration that automates the flow to make the application user friendly.
The main activities involved in this modules are ;
- Purchasing:- used when collecting purchase/transaction data of agro-produce from your farmers or any other person.
- Bulky deliveries:- used when you collect or buy from several farmers or persons through your buying agents.
- Batching:- used to create batches or lots from the purchased or collected or processed agro-products.
- Movement and Reception:- used to track moved or received agro-products from its source to destination or vice-versa.
