Cpha-Agro mobile application can allows user to map out a field. This will bring out the shape of the field, its area, and perimeter. In this regard, we can easily find out the acreage of the field and also present your field on geographical map
GPS Mapping:
On the mobile application, a user can collect GPS of a given place or entity. The application allows multiple GPS questions within the same form.
For example; You may want to capture;
- House GPS
- Field “A” GPS
- Field “B” GPS
And these are in one form “Farmer Registration”
In such projects, a GPS map is available in the client web portal for visualization.
Data importing:
Cphatow provides data importing functionalities on the client dashboard web portal.
A starting clients, can import a farmer baseline which is later used in the system lookups by other data collection form.
For example; if a client already has a farmer baseline and doesn’t want to do a registration at that point of time but yet purchases are on-going, then a client may choose to use a farmer baseline as farmer list lookup in the purchase form.

Data unique IDs:
How? Using;
- Codes; this is often used in a farmer list. And it is system generated codes depending on client account configurations. In this way, a user can easily identify farmers regardless of sharing a name
- QR codes or Barcode; this is used in inventory as tracking ID
- Batch codes; are created by the system during batch creation process. It’s found under the inventory/supply chain
Farmer card generation:
These are generated from the farmer list. Farmer’s summary information is always represented on this cards. And it allows a pdf format and later can be printed on paper.
Such a card can include a farmer picture too.
